>Just curious why this meeting is held at an establishment that serves alcohol. I love the concept of Young professionals getting together helping this community, however, alcohol should not be present.

>It's a social gathering for networking. If they continue to meet in restaurants and bars there is going to be alcohol. This is for 21+, so I don't see alcohol as a problem.

>Why not? It's not an uncommon practice. As I understand it, this is a way for young professionals to network and get to know one another. a way to familiarize each other with organizations around the county.I have no real certain answer, but im' sure it's 21 and up as alcohol is being served, but there are not many 'professionals' who are under 21.

>Agreed Kurt…but who determines that 41 is tooo old to be a part of their group???? Was denied entry to their 'club' because I was over 40, but not aware of a group for professionals between 40 and whatever ??

>If a young professional has chosen to live in Darke County they're gonna need a drink. Besides, I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.
